Hello everyone,
I want to say congratulation to logansmommy on her BFP. That is so exciting.

I also just want to say sorry and send out well wishes to all the women suffering from the loss of a pregnancy. It not easy to go through but it does help to talk to others about it

I am new in this forum. Just wanted to share my story. I got my BFP on 10/10/14 and on 11/25 at my 10 week u/s it showed that are baby had no heart beat and the baby was only about 7 weeks developed. The next day I had to go in for a full D&C, and I was way more sore than I thought I would be. This was my second D&C. I had one back in2008 after a m/c that didn't full flush out. I am a mother to 3 beautiful little girls. This loss was a little harder to cope with do the fact that I had no warning of m/c and also that my girls took it really hard.
We will start trying again after my first cycle.

Sorry to hear the losses. I miscarried a week ago now, #2. CD 7 today and waiting to see if I ovulate.. so frustrating and disappointing. Especially like many of you have already said... with the holidays around the corner it freakin sucks.
Nice to have everyone's support here. We will all get through this.

KIKI so sorry about your loss. Did you have 2mc back to back? Do you have any children or are you trying for your first? Good luck and baby dust to you.

Lele- thank you. No live children. First mc was last year then we took a year off trying and just focused on each other. So first try back took one cycle to get pg but ended a week ago.

Well good luck in your next cycle! I got lucky without having a period in between, but praying hard and keeping our fingers crossed that it will work out this time! I want my little bean to grow and be healthy :)

Sorry for all of your losses. I had an unplanned pregnancy fall of 2012. But at my 10w ultrasound I found out the baby looked 5w at 10w. I had a D&C (in Dec. '12) because I still felt pregnant (sick, etc.) though there was no heartbeat :-(

Since then we have had two more losses. The last one was the hardest because we finally had a heartbeat. I had a miscarriage a week later. So we suffered three miscarriages in less than a year. We went through a whole battery of test and they could find nothing wrong.

A little over a year has passed since our last miscarriage. I am very much ready to try again but my husband has been dragging his feet.

I am hopeful that we will conceive again soon and finally have our rainbow baby.

Helly79 that is just horrible. I am so sorry for all the loss that you have gone through. I pray you get your rainbow baby soon.

I am 9 days past my D&C. I took a hpt today to see what kind of result I would get. It came back with a strong positive instantly. Anyone. now how long it normally takes for the body to get back to normal? If you don't mind sharing, How long did it take you guys to get back to normal (to get your period)?

lele79, Kiki2387 and Helly_79: I am very sorry for all your losses. I lost mine on Nov 10 and it was at 5 weeks.

Everyone keeps telling me you are much more fertile after a mc...hope they are right.

lele79: I didn't have a D&C...as far as I know it all passed naturally. I bled for about 6 days...one of those days was the day before my mc... like a weird spotting. AF usually lasts for 3-4 days so in some ways the length of that seemed normal-ish. Before I had my Lap done in late May I would O around CD 14/15 and after the Lap I O'd around CD 16/17/18. But this month my O date seems to have gone back to the previous cycles before my Lap...not really sure if that is considered normal or not. I am still waiting on AF since this is the cycle of my mc. Hoping she shows up after my doctors appt on Monday with the FS. If the does show then I have to reschedule. I have heard some women have short cycles and long cycles after the mc...that there really is no normal cycle the month of a mc. I just pray mine acts somewhat normal so we can try again this next cycle.

By Nov 20th my levels were back to normal. So for me it took about 10 days. I have heard it depends on how far along you were too. Hopefully your levels will return shortly. If you have any concern call your doctor and ask.

Still having some slight emotional moments. No one in my family knows and I know eventually I will tell them. I personally can't believe I have gone this long without telling someone in my family. But for now really glad I haven't said anything. It makes getting through the holiday season a tad easier.
