So this has been an odd cycle. I started taking those supplements last week but I didn't think it would change things so quickly!
Before I ever got pregnant, af was pretty predictable and I would always have spotting about a day or two before so I knew when it was coming. In the last two years that hasn't been the case. It just starts out of nowhere now, no warning really. I also usually have really have days in my cycle, usually the first two days. And bad cramps.
This cycle I started spotting Saturday night, and a full flow Sunday. But light compared to usual , and no cramping. And by Monday night it was just back to spotting. And today nothing! I've never had a cycle like this, I don't know whether to be excited or worried! I just don't want it to screw up ovulation.

Are you referring to the serrapeptase? ...If so that was really fast! Sometimes, though from what I've heard, you're body could be adjusting to them so it may throw your cycles off a little before it regulates again, so I'm assuming that's why this cycle is different. The same thing happened to me with the EPO and the Prenatal w/ DHA, but it regulated fairly quickly so I wouldn't worry. I have a fibroid too, albeit a small one, but I do have one so I may try the serrapeptase too. Hope it works out for you
