my 2 week wait

It has actually been a while,I concieved just after my period.Now so far I have had these symptoms,they are all out of the norm for me:

* knew right away I was pregnant
* started cramping the day I concieved
* booobs grew over night,very tingly
* bad taste in my mouth,cant even explain it.
* brown spotting
* pink spotting,just once
* nausea throughout the day

I would be due a period 13th,I have a feeling I will get a mock period as I did with 2 other pregnancies,we shall see.

Here are my symptoms
1 day before Ovulation- Breast were sensitive, CM creamy
O- white clear CM, Breast sensitive
1 DPO- A lot of white clear/lotion like CM, front lower cramps and right side cramping, breast (VERY) tingling, APPETITE increased
2 DPO- sensitive to smell, slight headache, mild hot flashes, tingling breast, Appetite (stomach growling)
3 DPO- sore throat, stuffy nose, cervix pain, mild dull cramps
