BFP!!!

It as been a full week since I got my BFP and I have literally taken a test everyday. Today is the first time I haven't taken one. On Sun I took 3 more tests all came back positive, Mon took three more just a different test group. Tues, I just took two, Wed I took 2 more, Thurs I took just one and it was another estimator to see if it want up or changed, but it said the same thing, but I took a line test and it came back darker then the control line and at that point I realized there was no point of taking any more because it cant get any darker then that. I have my doc appt tom for more blood and then we will see what happens then. I have been having some symptoms nothing to crazy, mostly tired and hungry. I've been nauseous a few times, but not throwing up anything which is a plus. I still cant believe that I'm pregnant and I'm so happy and the few people I have told have been really great and I just cant wait to start shopping and doing all the other baby things. wish me luck ladies
