Five days late, what even is this

I'm currently on my fifth day of my missed period and my tests are all friggin negative and it's really frustrating.
I don't even know what to do about this.

And it's even more frustrating because I got to spend all of yesterday taking care of my poor husband who ended up in the ER because of pain due to the procedure he had done on Friday because of a kidney stone. He was really sick from all the medicine they gave him on an empty stomach and we didn't get home till 11pm. I didn't get to bed till 4am because I stayed up making sure he was sleeping okay.

Waking up today, I was REALLY hoping that I'd have a BFP of some form... or at least my damned period. ANYTHING would have been nice. Sigh. No such luck for me. My birthday is useless.
