Cramping 12dpo bpn

Hi, I've got a 28 day cycle but don't ov til day 18 or 19. My last af was 17/1 and I think I ov'd on cd18. Since say (dpo7/8 or cd25/26) I've had low cramping like af is coming, this peaked on Monday cd28 or dpo10 with lots of sharp pelvic pains, today I still have these pains although not so painfully, today is cd30 or dpo12 and I'm 2 days late but had bpn on freer with fmu. Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on???
