Short lutal phase, BFP - implantation bleeding or not??

I O'd on CD18 of my 28 day cycle and then yesterday at 10DPO (CD 28) I had some brown mucus (brilliant I thought!) Then about an hour later it has progressed to bleeding. I have slight cramps, don't need a pad but mucusy blood (which keeps changing from brown to dark brown-red) is there when I wipe. This morning (11DPO) I got a feint BFP... bit confused as I understand about implantation bleeding but this seems too heavy... :(

My question is: does this sound like ib or AF?
