Question

Tracking Temperature?

How often do I track my temperature? What time during the day is best? & at what temperature would I be able to know I've ovulated?

You should track your temp with a bbt thermometer (buy online or in drug store) first thing in the morning every day. The goal is to take your temp at the same time every morning after at least 3 hours of sleep before you do anything (not even getting up to pee). Setting an alarm and then temping is the best way to keep the time consistent. The pattern (starting on CD1) along with your other symptoms (like CF) can help pinpoint the day of ovulation as your temp rises significantly after O.. I would check out fertilityfriend.com for advice and instructions on how to track your bbt (basal body temp). Good luck!
