I don't know what to do...

I just want to know what is wrong with me. Pregnancy tests were negative, blood tests were negative. I am on day 43 of my cycle so I am 10 days late and I have never been late before except maybe a couple of days. The doctor has been no help. She just says its probably just stress. I don't have stress. I just want to know what is wrong with me.
