10 dpo and lactating?!?! What?!

So I'm about 10 dpo now *I think* and along with nausea for the past 2 days and cramping/twinges I'm also now lactating?! I took a clear blue plus test this afternoon after a 4 hour hold but it was negative (I was assuming it would be because it's so early still) but I just had to test after realizing I was leaking breast milk. I stopped breastfeeding my daughter almost 9 months ago and have been completely dry for about 6 of those months. Is a BFP in my future or do other mamas experience random leaks too?
