Anyone try the Shettles method?
Just wondering if anyone has tried the Shettles method and it work for them? I have a boy and would love to at least try for a little girl. Don't get me wrong either way I'm blessed. I wouldn't mind another boy!! LOL I know when we were trying to get pregnant we had sex every fertile day for 5 days. This time we tried on CD 10 & 11. Got my positive OPK today cycle day 13. Fingers crossed either way!!! :)

I tried it the first few months we started ttc for #3, the first 2 are girls and I was hoping for a boy. But it wasn't resulting in pregnancy so I gave up.... now I've done just about everything ie, every other day, every day, etc... nothing has been working and since we've been ttc #3 for over a year now I just don't care anymore. lol. A baby even if a girl is better than no baby at all. :p

Honestly, after trying for four years and still being childless, it seems wasteful for a few reasons. One, by trying for only a specific gender, I feel like you're cutting your chances in half. Two, there is scientific evidence that you cannot influence the gender with timing intercourse. Seems pointless to me.
