Question

Could being overweight affect pregnancy test accuracy?

I'm two days late, and haven't had my BFP yet. I've had lots of symptoms, sore breasts, nausea, spotting a few days ago. I'm also very overweight. Could this affect the results? For other overweight women, when did you get your bfp?

I have found this information:
"In the final model, absolute HCG values, ... were significantly lower for patients with BMI >30 kg/m2"
Hope this helps :)
