Past missed period? They should be, but theres always the possibility that the hormone isnt high enough so u would need the one that is more sensitive. A lot of factors come in to play when ur taking urine tests, hormone levels, kidney function, urine dilution etc etc. Some women just cant get a positive test until theyre 6wks or more. A blood test is more accurate if ur able to have that done.
