Hi Ladies,
I am new in this. We have been Ttc #1 for 5 months. We got suspicious of a fertility problem. My Dh got sperm count and it was very low. It was 100,000 only. he went to see a doctor and he's taking some remedies now. But we are hopeless. We don't know if it is gonna work. Will we be able to have children after treatment. I need to hear success stories to be hopeful again. do u know any couple that went through the same thing and had children after treatment?
I need ur support. Just thinking that i would never be a mom is terrible.

First it is good you two found this issue so soon in your ttc journey!! We didn't find out about our male factor issue until 18 months so good for you!!!
Next don't get too down. If this is his
first SA talk to a specialist about getting follow up SA, they can change a lot. My husband has had SA that range from 100,000 to 7 million.
Don't give up hope, the situation is hard but not hopeless!

There are a lot of treatments available and options. I know how hopeless it is in the beginning (or at anytime when dealing with infertility) but I love this saying and it goes, "everything is better in the end, if it's not better its not the end."

Hang in there and I hope the road is not too long for you but one thing will be true, it will all have been worth it!!!!

cd14, OV expected in a week. I'm still waiting for DHs s/a results. It's only been 8 days so maybe they'll be here by Monday.
Waiting to Ov is so boring :( the weather is horrible here so cold and wet so I'm going to try and get all the housework done. Exciting times lol

I'm entering the fertile week. Still no Semen anaylsis results :( I have my 21 day bloods on Friday. I should Ov on Thursday and have 28 day blood next week.

How's everyone else getting on?

Well last months IUI didnt work so on to the next round. Trying to stay positive and tell myself that it is going to work! and

babylove - annoyingly we still haven't had the SA results. DH is insisting they told him they were sending him a letter after 7-10 day I'm wondering if maybe he was meant to ring them but he says no, it's definatly a letter.

I am meant to be in my fertile week, CD19 and no + OPK, EWCM or Ov pains so it looks like another long cycle from late ovulation or anovulatory cycle.
I'm having blood tests on CD3,21,28 &35 so I'll find out if I am ovulating or not... in AUGUST! lol

My second appointment at the infertility clinic has been put back twice. it was originally JULy 2nd then 31st of July and now it's the 14th of August Not a happy bunny

Hi everyone, it's comforting to hear from others that have been ttc for a long time. I am new to this site but just wanted to say hello. We've been ttc for almost 2 years (Sept), and still trying to do so naturally. My husband's swimmers have low motility and poor form (but he has lots of them) so apparently we could still conceive naturally. We're not getting any younger though and feeling really frustrated - haven't even had a chemical preg or miscarriage.

I'm in my tww right now (cd 19) and feeling particularly impatient this month as I had some spotting and cramping that I'm hoping was due to implantation. I should know better than to be hopeful though...

Hi! I guess this is the group for me! My husband and I have been TTC for 5 1/2 years, with 5 miscarriages. I have a bicornuate uterus and hyperthyroidism. We thought that was the cause of the miscarriages, but recently found out that I have PAI-1 4G/5G Mutation, which my RE believes has been causing all of my miscarriages. I've been given a prescription for Lovenox. Anxiously waiting to ovulate and praying that this is our month.

I am CD21 and still suffering from a case of the negative OPKS but getting all the usual ovulation signs

Oh well, had day 21 progesterone test and having them weekly til so I'll find out if I did actually ovulate
