Every day in this cycle I've taken bbt at 5:30 am, today, around ovulation, I slept in D:

I slept in til 11 am and took my temperature anyway, there was a HUUUGE increase, but I'm nervous it's from sleeping in, but it's also around ovulation. How much can sleeping in one day change your bbt?
