DO you have to have a period before you can conceive after mirena removal?

Can you get pregnant after IUD removal BEFORE having a period? Thanks (PS- i didnt have a period for almost 3.5 years on mirena, just started spotting the last few months)

From what my doctor told me and what I've read online...( I had the mirena removed in September) it is possible but it's unlikely that the baby will stick because the uterine lining is so thin :( I think anything is possible this is just what I have found out.
