Soy Isoflavones - ANYONE TRIED TRIED THEM? BFP STORIES USING IT PLEASE?
I have started using Natrol Soy Isoflavones on cycle day 3 today , taking 5 capsules daily for 5 days, supposed to help ovulate as I'm finding I'm
Not ovulating, will it help? Anyone got any success stories with it they could share please and any advice would be grateful xx

I don't think it's worked for me ???? I've been checking cervix etc and opk and not had any signs , lots of bd though and used pre seed last night , hopefully I've alread ov or its approaching but I've felt really down this cycle like I usually do week or so before period starts xx
