How Do I Chart My BBT (BBT Charting For Beginners)
I need experts (that this had worked for) on this to show me EXACTLY what I need to do to start charting my BBT and I haven't the slightest clue as to how to, when to, or what to use, I just got AF today (July 15th) I need to start charting immediately & I need to know what I need to do can I use a regular thermometer or do I have to buy an actual BBT Thermometer I'm lost haha, I'd love some help thanks!!! :)

You need to buy a BBT thermometer as they are more sensitive. Temp every morning (around the same time if possible) before you get out of bed or start moving around a lot. Think, 1. open eyes 2.take temp. :) Here is a link to this website's BBT help section.
