I took Provera and AF is gone but why am I having cramps???
My Ob-Gyn prescribed me Provera to bring on AF after not having her for 43 days, anyway I took the Provera just 1 day and the next day I got AF it lasted 5 days normal for my time, but now I'm having light cramps...Has anyone else had this happen why is it happening?

I was on provera last month and to be honest I some mild cramping after af stopped. I think its just from the provera and maybe just a higher dose of progesterone than our bodies are used to. Maybe it taxes our uterus more than natural af and it takes a little longer for it to settle. I wouldn't worry about it unless they get worse or don;t go away at all! I think its pretty normal though :)
