Could i be prego?

So i was on Femara this month...Im normally on a 30-32 day cycle. I ovulated on CD 15 and i took a preganacy test on day 29 and my results came back negative. I still havent recieved my AF, I have one sore nipple on and off..frequent urination, exhausted...could the blood test came back negative because itwas to early to test?

Blood tests are more accurrate then home pregnancy tests, they can tell you well before a home pregnancy test can. I would say wait a week then take another test, if its negative and you still dont receive your period go back to your obgyn
