I need help I'm very confused!!!????

Ok my cycles used to be 28 days like clockwork and 4 months ago they started screwing up, March i went 40cd w/o AF before she showed up, April i went 29cd w/o AF before she showed up, May i went 43cd w/o AF before she showed up with the help of Provera i was told by my OB-GYN to take the pills for 10days but I only had to take 1 pill before AF showed up, BUT June AF came on her own after just 31cd I was wondering has anyone else had this happen that their cycles actually went back to normal after taking provera for a very short time or less like myself 1 day??????!!!!! Please Help!!!!
