At 12 dpo does a soft/ low cervix mean anything?

I have been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms since 5 dpo but the only question I have is:
My cervix has been soft and low since ovulation with wet/sticky cm and my temp has stayed in the high 99.'s. Does this mean anything or is it just more symptoms that can lead to pms also?

This is horrible, our bodies should gave different symptoms so we can have a clue to what is going on in our bodies.
