strange symptom - please help

i'm on 12 dpo and this morning I woke up at 4:45am with brown/pink spotting. I still have this when I wipe it is light brown/pink, but nothing/or very little on panty liner. I have been having lower cramps and my left breast is really tender. I'm not sure if this is implantation or start of my period. I don't have breast tenderness when I start my period. They usually go away. Also I notice I have been really thirsty and hip are hurting, plus I have been feeling hot and cold.
