A uterine bubbling sensation???!

I'm a few days from taking preg test and I noticed a funny bubbling / fluttering almost popping sensation in what feels like my uterus. Has anyone felt this and do you think it's a good sign????? It doesn't feel like gas it feels strange like something I've never felt before.

I need opinions please!!!!! Baby blessings to all of you!!!!!!

I had the bubbling feeling post-ovulation a few cycles ago. I thought it would be implantation-but got a BFN. Best wishes! Hope your baby dreams come true soon.

I ended up getting BFP!!! Bubbling was a good sign ð???ð???ð???ð???
