Starting Fertility Exams - lets share our progress!
We are TTC almost 2 years without any result. I am 37 years old and we have just started a series of Fertility Exams, in order to see why BFP has not been shown yet. Recently I was diagnosed with a small fibroid of 2cm, about which my doctor told me not to worry, due to its position and size. I am waiting for the AF to come in order to do on the 3rd day the blood tests checking my hormones and thyroid and as soon as my AF stops to have HSG test (that scares me!). In the meanwhile we ll also have a sperm diagram.
This week I had my PAP test and a general blood test (I am waiting for the results)
I am now on DPO 6, again, as always, hoping for a BFP. I dont pay any attention to symptoms, as believe me, during TTC process I had them all!
I would be happy to see your responses and I would be happier to see more BFP announcements!!!!

Iwant2bamom, sorry I dont know to answer your question, I hope the other girls know. Did they tell you if IUI would help?
As about me, I am in the first cycle of trying after HSG. I dont know when AF is supposed to come, as the doctor doesn t allow me to temp! She thinks that it stresses me, something that it is not good for the process!

BFP!!!! After 2years of TTC we had a BFP!!!
Maybe, the HSG helped, I dont know, they say that it helps!
I am on CD 29th, I dont know DPO. I have no different symptom from the ones I had before AF. This afternoon I ll have the blood test. Next blood test on Sat. I hope for a healthy pregnancy!

Dang it, BFP! Show up for all of us, already!
Any news from you girls?
I am on 5th week and very stressed not to do something that would hurt the embryo. The appointment with the doctor is on 27th of Jan. Until then I take folic acid and progesterone.
I ll keep in touch and I hope soon to hear good news from you!

I'm getting here a little late but here is my story. Hubby has anejaculation and extremely low counts. In other words, IVF w/ ICSI is the only option. We have started phase 1 (taking birth control pills) and now I'm waiting for my RE to send me my calendar to see when the painful and expensive part starts. My RE charges a flat $9000 for everything except meds. Insurance isn't going to cover a damn thing so this is gonna get interesting.
It looks like we will be wrapping everything up and doing the egg transfer around the end of February. Best luck and baby dust to everyone. Take care.
