The question everyone asks

When you are using opks do you ovulate while you are having your positives or after your first negative? There seems to be a lot of mixed answers to this question. Maybe some of you that temp and use opks know the answer??

Thats something that will depend on the person and the cycle. For me, I've had cycles where my OPK's have been positive for 8 days. I ovulated the first day...this cycle, I had one positive OPK, it lasted less than 10hrs and was neg the next morning, I ovulated the day it went neg. I've also ovulated with a negative OPK, had my temp go up, THEN got a positive. All 3 things have happened to me in the last 6 cycles, all very different. So, as u can see, there is no right or wrong answer for ur question, it just depends on how ur body works and the hormone levels for that cycle.

Hope this helped! Good luck! =))
