Hi! I am 9DPO... I too have "symptoms" every month, it gets frustrating... this month seems to be the typical sore boobs as the main symptom. Your symptoms sound promising! My fingers will be crossed for both of us! This was my first cycle taking Femara, I am hopeful as I usually ovulate on cd18 however this month I ovulated right on cd14! Baby dust to both of us!! I am also trying to wait until Friday (though i know myself pretty well and i know i may cave and test on Thursday)!

I too usually ovulate later in the cycle but this month was on cd 14 as the opk says! What is Femara? I'm curious. I may also break down before Friday and test. Who am I kidding? Of course I will! haha. Babydust to us!

Femara is actually a breast cancer drug however doctors have been prescribing it for fertility for a few years now... is seems to work really well. It is said to actually work even better than clomid. This is my first time takings meds... we have been ttc since August of 2009, with one loss in January of 2010 at 14 wks and a two month "mental health" break last summer as i was totally stressing! Really hopeful that Femara will be the answer, but not sure as we have "unexplained infertility" (hubby's counts are good and i seem to be ovulating per the opks - although usually late). Very hopeful!!

Though im 6 ODP (internet sites says so idk in fact), i will have my blood test on this Friday. I know its still early but i will try. I have some symptoms too, some like cramps around ovary and lower abdominal, nausea, metalic taste in mouth, moodiness, (today white cm ) but these may be also caused by an infection or cyst or some unknown ilness if im not prego.
I hope we all could be BFP soon.

I'm so sorry for your loss. 14 weeks would be a very tough loss. We lost at 7.5 weeks a few months after we married. We've been trying off and on since then but trying every month and using opk's for the past 18-20 months. I've heard that you can still test positive on the opk's even if your tubes are blocked. I'm waiting to see a fertility specialist now to have my tubes checked. And my hubby just had surgery in December to increase his sperm quality. His numbers have doubled now so we're entering a new phase of hopefulness now.

What is Ferama supposed to do for you? I know Chlomid is supposed to help the egg drop and even a possible multiple egg drop in one cycle.

Thank you for your sympathies. I am very sorry for your loss as well. A loss at any stage is hard to take once there has been a confirmed pregnancy :( 14 wks was very tough b/c I had thought that beyond 12 wks we were safe, and we were looking forward to our next appointment where we would learn the sex of the baby... the 17 months that has passed since then has brought healing though and we are trying to stay positive!
That is really great about your hubby's counts! Maybe this will be the month!!
I have wondered if I may have been getting false positives on the opks and have wondered if i should have my tubes checked... to be honest we haven't had much "monitoring" and i don't know the technical side of how Femara works... all i know is that the dr said it would "stimulate my ovaries"... he wanted to do monitoring and check the follicles but ovulation fell on the memorial day holiday weekend. So if this wasn't our month then we will have more monitoring throughout the cycle next month! Thanks for the link. It is pretty similar to Chlomid eh? I will have to bring this up with the specialist when I see him. I just did the cycle day 21 blood work so I should be hearing about an appointment any day now. Hopefully I'll be preggers and won't need the specialist at all! :)

I'M 8DPO AND I HAVE COLD LIKE SYMPTOMS, WHITE CM, GAS, TIREDNESS. I HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE MUCH IMPLANTATION SYMPTOMS, ONLY SLIGHT CRAMPING SINCE LAST NIGHT BUT NO BLEEDING. HOPEFULLY MY IMPLANTATION HAPPENS 9DPO. WE'VE BEEN TTC SINCE FEB '10, I HAD A HSG DONE IN APRIL BUT THIS MONTH I JUST FEEL GOOD ABOUT EVRYTHING. IM JUST LETTING GO AND TRUSTING GOD TO BLESS US. SO DONT GIVE UP, STAY STRONG. BE ENCOURAGED, YOUR BABY WILL COME. KEEPING YOU IN MY THOUGHTS.

Just have been nauseous, tired, increased saliva, and crampy...
The lower backaches come and go...

I'll be testing on Friday (9 DPO) and Sunday (10 DPO).
AF isn't due until June 17th.
Hoping for a BFP in Cycle #1.
