11 dpo, spotting after sex. Thoughts??

So anxious to find anything to look for implantation or pregnancy. Took a test today and it was negative. I had awful cramps all day, and then had sex, afterward I wiped and there was a TINY dried up red dot, literally this size - <--. With really, really pale pink liquid. Do you guys think it is probably just a tear? We had passionate sex, both orgasming, but not rough. I don't usually bleed after sex either.

Next few months are prep for treatments.
