12dpo sharp pains in lower abdomen

Hello-

I believe if I've tracked it correctly I am 12dpo. For about 2-3 days now I have had a sharp stabbing pain that lasts maybe 2-3 seconds at a time on both sides of my lower abdomen. It's usually on the left side a couple times on the right. I have taken 1 hpt and it was negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant and just tested early? TIA!
