PROMISING SYMPTOMS: NEED ANSWERS PLEASE?!?!

Hi! I'm pretty sure these symptoms aren't in my head. Especially since I haven't been paying much attention to my body this past week. Starting 7-8 dpo, I have felt slight cramps, similar to less intense AF cramps, most favorable to my lower right side.breasts also a little tender. Then 9-10 dpo, my breasts have been feeling heavy and nipples sore/sensitive. Today, at 11 dpo, when I wiped, there were tiny specs of bright red blood, no bigger than the size of these ..... (keep in mind that I have never had cramping a week before AF. Nor have I ever had tiny red spotting 3 days before AF) I'm really hoping that this is my month! Again, I've been on vacation the past few days and haven't been looking to have symptoms, I just noticed them because cramping that early seemed odd to me.
