4 days past expected period, but negative pregnancy test?

Hey there all, I haven't been on here in years, but just wanted to ask if any of you ladies turned out pregnant even though you were getting negative tests? I am 4 days late. I have taken 3 tests and all have come out negative. Perhaps I ovulated later? I feel crampy but not period-crampy. I've been pregnant 3 times and it feels pretty similar to that. Where it sorta feels like your period is coming but it just never comes, and you're constantly thinking, "Oh, I just got my period" but then you run to the restroom and there is zero blood. I did get nauseous for a quick moment yesterday and was overheating but I also sipped an energy drink (which I never drink, but it was a gift) so maybe it was that since I'm not used to caffeine? I just don't know. I feel like every time I see a negative test I'm saying in my head, "Not possible." I have one more test. Don't know when to take it. Anyway, just thought I'd reach out to all you ladies on here :)
