Chills, hot flashes and cramping 10dpo

My husband and I have been kind of trying to get pregnant this month. We DTD during my fertile days and this two week wait is killing me. I’ve had dull cramping since I ovulated. I’m 10dpo, nauseous when I eat, an empty pain feeling in my stomach, I’m peeing a lot more than usual and I’m getting really bad hot flashes and then chills. Has anyone experienced these symptoms and gotten a BFP?
