blood work..fingers crossed

So I had 3 cyst so had to skip this cycle for fertility meds. My AF was due Friday and nothing. I went in to my fert doc to see if the cyst delayed my cycle. He said the cyst are gone and my uterus lining looks thick and he thinks I ovulated. He thinks I may be pregnant. I had blood work will find out results,tomorrow. I'm hoping but don't think I am since I had neg test the day my af was due. Anyone else have this happen?? Prayers this is it...
