Surprised Husband!

Today was a great day!

For the last 48 hours I've known I was pregnant but hadn't decided how I was going to share the news with my husband. I wanted to make sure it was special and fun considering the last conception did not end so well for us. My approach this time around was to keep it light in spirit and enjoy the wonders of this life and world. With my previous conception I was so wrapped up in every detail, sometimes I forgot to enjoy my husband and the moments together that are so precious.

So, I had the dog "deliver the news"! I had a postcard that I tied to my dogs harness that had the most perfect saying on it - "Where there is great love, there are Miracles" Willa Carter ~ I added some details about this conception like our expected due date, how far along I currently am and when our first doctor appointment will be. When my husband came home from work today, the dog greeted him at the door just like he always does but the dog had an EXTRA special greeting for him today.

My hubby was so excited, just like me :) This future mamma is feeling so special. Hoping so much this precious miracle of ours sticks around<3
