Feeling...frustrated

I have been ttc since feb. really isn't that long, but with my other two I didn't even have to try. Ugh. I am off of nuvaring and since then my periods have been nuts. The last two months were seeming to get back to normal with 28/29 days. But now I'm on cd25. 8 dpo and I have started spotting....ugh. So aggravating. Regret nuvaring and mirena.
I know God has a plan and I am so lucky to have a sweet little boy and girl....unfortunately when I want something, I have no patience to wait .....
