Weird

Since stopping nuvaring 3 months ago, on cd 15 I have had horrid cramps of a 25 day cycle....but none this month?? Wht gives?

Hello,
I was on the ring myself for 2 years. I never took mine out to have a period just changed it every four weeks. And when I stopped the ring because we are TTC, it was terrible. I was in so much pain. IF you research the ring after being removed it will help you alot.
