Chartin question

Hi girls,
I'm going to try charting my BBT this month. I'm on cd1 today. Do i start now or when my period ends?

Hi,

You should start charting on the first day of your period. This is the first day of a new cycle.

First day of period is the first day that is more than spotting. I was confused by that in the very beginning.
