BBT question- 10+ days high

I read recently that if your BBT remains elevated for 10+ days, thats a good sign of pregnancy. My questions is, does this mean above coverline or what? I def see a triphasic pattern and my temps have stayed above 98 for 8 days and above coverline 6 days before that (right after ovulation). Took an HPT test yesterday (13dpo) midday and was negative. AF due sometime 2 days or more from now.

Ur temps should be high after ovulation, when compared to pre-O temps. They generally go up, bounce around up there, then either slowly decline or suddenly drop as af approaches. If ur temps stay high after af is due, that's usually a good sign for pregnancy, but at the end for the day, a pregnancy test is the only way u will be able to confirm.
