opk expired
I've been using opk's for a week now. I know when I typically ovulate and I should have ovulated by now. The opk's are staying the same exact color every single day. I take them at the same time, same time hold. I noticed yesterday that they are expired, by a year. Could this be causing the same color line? Are they just too old? I've never had opk's the same color for days. They either get stronger or weaker.

I use opks (CB advanced) that are expired by 3 or more years and have never had an issue with them being inaccurate. I purposely buy them expired becuz they're a 1/4 of the price. It's hard to say if it's the test or ur cycle is just a bit off this month. Maybe buy some more and test with both. If they say the same thing then it's ur cycle.
Are u temping, to confirm O? U can still ovulate without a positive opk, expired or not, it's not required. I would keep testing and see what happens. As long as ur bd'ing every few days, ur bases are covered.
Good luck! =))

No, I'm not temping. I gave up on that years ago, got tired of doing it. O is usually pretty consistent. I haven't been able to BD in about week because I had a hysteroscopy last Tuesday. Not allowed to BD until the bleeding stopped, which was yesterday. I only wanted to track O this month because it's our last natural month before starting IVF. So I was hoping for a miracle! And those consistently one color OPK's are driving me bonkers!
