Question

Am I pregnant or paranoid?

This is my first month trying to get pregnant. I've been pregnant before, so I am aware of pregnancy symptoms. However, I got pregnant by "accident" so this is my first time in the TWW, as I didn't even pay attention to any of my symptoms before (I thought it was PMS until I was a week late and tested).

Anyways, 5dpo I started feeling a lot of things:
- Super sore, tingling nipples (I never get sore/tingling nipples before my period, just sore breast)
- extremely tired since the moment I woke up, just like when I was preggy
- My basal temperature started to rise for three days

However, today, at 8-9dpo, I feel much less sytntomps:
- Nipples sore but not as much
- Temperature dropped
- Energy is back to normal

Can this be due to implantation?
Or maybe it didn't stick so I am not feeling anything now?

What do you think? I don't want to test and get a negative, its too early.

as you rightly noticed it is impossible to tell the difference between early pregnancy and PMS, the symptoms can come and go in both, they come from progesterone produced by the corpus luteum after ovulation. you will know when you test after 12dpo or if you miss your period. gl!
