TTC after both a miscarriage and lumpectomy within past 6 months

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks March 2016, ended up needing a lumpectomy in June 2016. Here I am TTC again.. Not sure if the breast tingling- heavy feeling is an early pregnancy symptom, or residual sensations.

I have noticed more blue vein appearance in the last few days.

Has anyone else noted different severity of pregnancy symptoms following a miscarriage? a lumpectomy??

I am also having fatigue, strong sense of smell, and some constipation. not drinking coffee like used to crave it either..

Only 9dpo- so far testing negative
