24 days late and brownish pink ewcm

My period is 24 days late and this morning I had brownish pink discharge but it was clear tint and super stretchy. My lmp was November 22 and should've had another on December 20. I had a blood test at 9 days late which the doc called and said "it looks like you're not pregnant" my hpt have been negative. I'm suppose to start my next period on January 17. So in 4 days. But I feel pregnant. I've been

Nauseous
Moody
Craving foods
Extreme bloating
Extreme Thirst
Can't seem to be full
Fatigue
Gassy

Any ideas?
