Pregnant on Nuvaring?

I've been in Nuvaring for about 4 months since I couldn't remember to take my pill.

My dr said I could leave the ring in for 4 weeks and then change it to avoid my period. Well I did that. Technically my period should've happened November 6-13 but since I left the ring in I didn't get one. I went to the gyno on the 14 for my annual and she said everything looked good.

Now I'm having super stretchy white cm. My boobs are super heavy and tender. I'm always hungry and craving spicy food.

Could I be pregnant?
