Nuvaring fell out during week 2

My last period started on 12/3/17. On 12/16/17 and 12/17/17 fiancé and I had sex. It was on 12/17 that I noticed my Nuvaring was no longer in and I found it on the floor. The ring was out probably 15-16 hours total. I washed it and put it back in.

On 12/22/17 I had a TMI glob of discharge with a tiny pink streak in it. No other spotting or anything like that. Boobs are sore and heavy. The past 3 days I wake up with dull cramps that are normally gone by mid morning. 2 nights ago I had a dull pinching in my uterus when I was laying on my back trying to fall asleep.

Period is due on Sunday 12/31/17 Any help!?
