Questions about HPT with those who are or where pregnant with twins.

I have a question for those of you who are or where pregnant with twins. When did you get a dark line on your pregnancy test? When did the control line match the test line? Im just curious as I have suspicion as to if im pregnant with twins. I miscarried last month and this month I got a dark line that matched the test line at 13DPO. I used first response 6 days. I posted pictured to my HPT Images. Also what was some of your first symptoms and when? Thanks im just curious. Im currently only 4 weeks and 2 days.
