Why are my PMS/AF symptoms like early pregnancy symptoms?
My PMS/AF symptoms are the same as early pregnancy symptoms. I'm talking nausea, dizziness, super sore/swollen breasts, fatigue, bloating, gas, mild dull pain, frequent urination and constipation. Why does this happen?

It's because the same "pregnancy" hormone is also released after ovulation. Your symptoms in the tww are just reactions to progesterone which mimics pregnancy symptoms. I know very frustrating!! Plus since you KNOW you are possibly pregnant and know the popular signs your brain is automatically looking for these. There are many things I've learned about my body since I've been tcc. For 20 years before ttc I never knew my nipples got sore after ovualtion lol but now that I pay attention and look for signs I can see and feel them :)
