Feeling conception??? Early Early Preggo signs??? What's your opinion

Logically I know you can't feel conception or have symptoms as early as 5dpo, but I am always so curious from stories that I hear. Sooooo what are yours????

Me 27 Hubs 34 TTC #1 since May 2012 2 rounds with cervical cancer and removals of tissue, high risk hpv + 5 CPs/ early miscarriages 3 failed rounds of Clomid Went to the RE 1 failed round of Femara 1 failed IUI with Femara HSG Clomid + Femara, trigger, IUI- we shall see

Hey nothing is "set in stone" I am a HUGE believer of women knowing their own bodies! they say implantation happens 6-12 days after O or conception- well I had spotting and cramping 5dpo- I knew this was implantation- got my BFP 8dpo- so what's to say it can't happen at 4 days? You can start having symptoms within hours of implantation. I do...my bb's get immediately bigger and sore! That's my story and I'm sticking to it ..LOL ;)
