Don't know what I will do if I ever get preggo

I'm a Nurse Practitioner and do lots of nasty procedures like abscesses, nail removal, sutures, etc and LOVE every minute of it. Smells never get me and I know I'm too early, so I guess it's just hormones in general, but today this one abscess got me so bad I almost started puking on my patient. Lord what will I do during my 1st trimester if I ever get preggo. Any thoughts

Me 27 Hubs 34 TTC #1 since May 2012 2 rounds with cervical cancer and removals of tissue, high risk hpv + 5 CPs/ early miscarriages 3 failed rounds of Clomid Went to the RE 1 failed round of Femara 1 failed IUI with Femara HSG Clomid + Femara, trigger, IUI- we shall see

hhehehe that visual made me giggle.
I had to quit my job when I fell pregnant. I puked constantly for 10 weeks. Fingers crossed you dont get morning sickness. Or have some leave built up of you do! lol
