Has anyone had luck using Cervix Position to determine pregnancy?

So far all the symptoms are coming in on track (thought it could be PMS) and my temperature ha been nice and hi and then spiked a little more the last three days.

I have checked my cervix the last two days and it's so high I can't feel it.

Has anyone noticed a significant difference with their cervix when they were pregnant?
