Clomid and early ovulation??
Does clomid cause early ovulation? I'm on cd 12 and think I got a positive reading (check out my opk image). Last month i ovulated on cd 13 (according to opk anyways) but this is my first month of trying Clomid (took tabs on cd 3-7 as per dr.). Seems a little early to ovulate but fine by me I guess.

Cycle day 12 is within normal range but on the short side. Count it as lucky you don't have to wait as long! I am on 2nd round clomid and O'd cycle day 15. Clomid can make your lutenal phase longer (the time from o to af) but typically you ovulate on time. Depends greatly on which days you take the drug too. If you take days 1-5 then o'ing on day 10-15 is expected... 3-7 and expected o date is day 12-17 5-9 and expected o day is 14-19 see how greatly it can vary within the norm!
